MaxPerformance offers many opportunities for individuals to train in a group setting, no matter your fitness level or expertise. Everyone is invited to join any of our new Fitness Groups.

Yoga

Our Yoga classes allow you to break free of your busy schedule, and focus on yourself. Yoga classes offer mind and body healing, as well as a low-intensity workout. These yoga classes are perfect for your rest-day!

Zumba

Our Zumba courses are a new way to get a work out in, and have fun! Zumba is an aerobic fitness program that mixes working out, and dancing. This class is perfect for individuals who are tired of the standard definition of a work-out, or people who want to break free of their typical routine!
